Rare mint copy of single by Jim Lettew released on his family label, Laurel Records, out of tiny Yelm WA.  The Northwest has always had a deep, underground history of indie country artists who recorded and released D.I.Y. recordings.  It’s an overlooked subgenre of Northwest music that deserves a lot more attention. This is a fine example of a self-recorded and self-released NW country single. As immediate as it gets.
